QbCheck is an FDA-cleared assessment tool used to support a comprehensive clinical evaluation. It is one part of the diagnostic process and does not, on its own, provide an ADHD diagnosis. These are self-pay rates. Ecdysis - A Nursing Corporation does not bill insurance directly. A superbill is available upon completion of your package, which you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement — reimbursement amount and eligibility depend entirely on your specific plan and are not guaranteed. Currently available to patients physically located in California.
