Medication management

I accept most insurances. Please contact my office to determine your fee. Below are cash rates.

initial evaluation: 30-60 minutes

$300

*60 minutes for cash clients.

follow up evaluations: 15-30 minutes

$87-175

*Length of follow ups depend on the severity of symptoms and whether we are making changes to medication.

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

cancellation / no show policy

Please be mindful of my time and the clients after you.

I adhere to a strict 24 hour cancellation / no show policy. If cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged $100. If cancelling within 2 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment.
Late to your appointment:
- Initial evaluations: Later than 10 minutes from the time of your appointment is considered a cancellation or no show.
- Follow ups: Later than 5 minutes from the time of your appointment is considered a cancellation or no show.

bill Collections

I reserve the right to forward delinquent or non-paid account balances to bill collection services. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact me directly to discuss making special arrangements in order to avoid third party bill collection.
